Isabella Lè Miliae has a standard processing time of 1-3 business days for all orders. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK. Please trust that we always do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been place, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with shipping details once your order has been delivered to the courier. We use Tracked Delivery to ensure that peace of mind by being able to see where your parcel is.

Standard Tracked Delivery Times:

* France and Monaco - up to 5 business days
* The rest of Europe - between 5 and 7 business days
* The rest of the world - between 5 and 10 business days

Please note that we are not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control. You will receive a notification if we have any difficulties with processing or shipping your order shortly after the issue is identified.

Please note that currently we do not offer next day delivery option, however, please always free to contact us for any urgent orders you might have, we promise to look at each case individually to look for the best solution to deliver your parcel as fast as possible.

Unfortunately, Isabella Lè Miliae cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

If you would like to return an item you must notify us by email within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return to return your item to us. The postage costs for returning your garment needs to be covered by the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you the address to return the items to. We will not take responsibility for any items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods as soon as possible to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and requires a signature upon receipt.

We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases where the item was faulty.
